We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. At the time of placing your order, you could choose your shipping carrier and gets an estimated arrival time of the item and shipping price.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.
Please note that if the order is greater than $25.00 and the shipping address of order is different than the billing address then to process the order, we require the customer to send us a signed credit card authorization form alongwith the front and back pictures of the credit card used to order to protect the original card holder. That authorization form will be sent to your email address after confirmed order.
a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight/size of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
When purchasing Internationally , you acknowledge that the sale occurs outside of USA and you are importing the products for your personal use, which will be reflected on customs documentation. You will be listed as the importer of record for customs purposes. You are also responsible for paying any taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country of import.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met Clicks Mart reserves the right to charge 20% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase
- items and packaging must be received in new condition
- the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 1 hour of the order placed time. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
